Maintenace????
Ok, maybe I'm stupid but the line in settings "Maintenance cost amt per dead" controls what exactly?? C'mon, somebody MUST know.

Sounds to me like you have to pay that amount to bury all those dead, just a penalty for letting it happen.

Ya, I tried setting it to 20000 in Proportions mod, and didn't notice any big effects.

It doesn't do anything. Just like the Population to Operate 1 Facility line, it is somethibg MM had planned on using, but abandoned for one reason or another.
