TCP/IP game ports

My friend is behind a very ristrictive firewall. He can open ports,but he doesn't want to open all of them.

So which ports does SEIVG use for TCP/IP play. We opened those from history.txt, but it does a connection error every time. I can still see him connected on my machine.
