Re: Cradle to the Grave--for noobies with a record of no staling--FULL

TICK TOCK YO, I AIN'T GOT TIME TO WAIT! I'D LIKE TO GET SLAUGHTERED BY ASHDOD AND PYTHIUM SOMETIME THIS CENTURY BUDDY!

...Oh fear is me, please do not put me sandwiched between these two nations,...

Re: Cradle to the Grave--for noobies with a record of no staling--ONLY 2 SPOTS LEFT!!

Yay! So we have 9 people plus 1 sheepish Ashdod for a total of 10. (So long as Earwicker is okay with that one stale from Numahr, of course.)

Nosantee, I agree that Arco should be ignored as well....

Re: Cradle to the Grave--for noobies with a record of no staling--ONLY 2 SPOTS LEFT!!

Hopefully we can get a couple of more people. :) I personally would prefer a smaller map if we will only have eight players. (Maybe Pargonos or Land of Ethereal Squirrels?)

Re: Cradle to the Grave--for noobies with a record of no staling--ONLY 2 SPOTS LEFT!!

There's no one kinder than the giants of Ashdod. We're like big fluffy sheep. We mill around making soft bleating noises and never bother anyone.

Pythium, though.... they have lots of nasty mages...

Re: Cradle to the Grave--For noobies with a record of no staling!--8/10 Taken

Right! So we should all gang up on Pythium first! :D

Re: Cradle to the Grave--For noobies with a record of no staling!--8/10 Taken

Okay, a vanilla free-for-all it is! Are we banning Ashdod? If not then I will take them. Otherwise, I will take Ermor.

Thanks, earwicker!

Re: Cradle to the Grave--For noobies with a record of no staling!--6/10 Taken

I think Saros hit it right on the nose. There's certainly nothing wrong with vanilla, but from what I've seen, it tends to point every single player in the same direction for the endgame. There is...

Re: Cradle to the Grave--For noobies with a record of no staling!--6/10 Taken

Hi, earwicker. I was thinking about signing up for your game, but I wanted to confirm: are you indeed not using the conceptual balance mod (CBM)? There are obviously a lot of exploits in vanilla that...

Re: Dragon Wars

Ah, too bad. If you change your mind and need another player at some point, let me know. I might be willing to take Pangaea with a Carrion Dragon. (not on the approved nations list, though)

Dead...

Re: Dragon Wars

Interesting. :)

Just out of curiosity, would a Carrion Dragon be appropriate? Or do these have to be live dragons?

Re: First Blood - Newbie game - Running

Hey, Nightfall, that would be snazzy! I would even pay $1 to read such an AAR. ($2 if there are really good pictures.)

Re: First Blood - Newbie game - Running

Thanks, Valerius. And let me add my thanks to Martin for sticking it out. I know that's not the easiest thing to do.

Re: First Blood - Newbie game - Running

Valerius,

I don't really know how this works, but you may not be aware that Vanheim has been eliminated. Does that nation need to be taken off of the Llamaserver list so that we are not waiting...

Re: First Blood - Newbie game - Running

Hi, Valerius. If possible, could I get a 12 hour extension on the current turn? Thanks!

Re: First Blood - Newbie game - Running

I will be out of town for a few days. I should have internet access, so my turns should proceed normally, if a bit slowly.

Re: First Blood - Newbie game - Running

I see. Well, if we're judging by intent alone, I'm definitely innocent. :D But the more I think about it, the more I can see how what I did could certainly look like a stall tactic. Valerius, if you...

Re: First Blood - Newbie game - Running

Hello, Martin T. I'm sorry if the centaur archer attack looked like a stalling move. That actually didn't occur to me because I didn't think there was any way you would try to attack. I was trying to...

Re: First Blood - Newbie game - Running

Has it really been three turns/day? Pretty darn quick group we are. But don't worry, I'm sure one of us will stale soon. :D

Re: First Blood - Newbie game - Send pretenders!

I *think* that Valerius had put us on 72 hour slow host when we were having that issue with the mystery Caelum player. It's probably still on those settings, so the turn probably won't run until he...
