Where can I find Intel project costs?

I looked in the PBW gametypes directory at the intel .txt files but came up empty. And, costs don't seem to be...

Yes, one of the ships did lose movement points. Its movement is now lower than the distance it had already traveled before the damage was done. That must have been it. Thanks.

I sent a fleet to attack two targets. It attacked one, suffered some damage, and then stopped, without moving to the second target. Is this normal?
