Chill
My giants have Chill (Chill 15) but I cannot find anywhere in the manual that explains it. Is it in there anywhere?
I see "blue numbers" floating up in battle from my opponents when I get close to them. Is the Chill causing this? My guess is that the Chill is causing fatigue and the blue numbers represent the fatigue?

You are correct. The chill causes fatigue and the number (15 in this case) is how far it extends.

Manual has lots of interesting things, but it can be hard to find the spesific piece of information you are looking for.
