Did they fix random map borders in 3.14?

I just logged in for the first time in months and I see that one of my old favorites has been patched. Woohoo.

Question: I stopped playing random maps because the game's idea of where provincial borders were didn't match up with how the graphics engine displayed them. Has this been fixed?
