Now that's an inspiring name for a god. People will most certainly flock to his cause...

Re: Best titles for a Pretender
Some more fun ones I found:
Hringhome, God of Invincible Power, Harvester of Sailors, the Watcher of the Gallows, King of Ice, He Who is at the Center
Anuvade, Queen of Majesty, Sky of all the People, Queen of the Four Winds, Mistress of the Seraphim, Lady of Many Names
Abogol, the Infernal Sovereign, the Brilliant God, the Raging Lord, King of Blood, the Fire of Hatred, Lord of the Smouldercone

Interesting. The races certainly affect those names. Anuvade is certainly goddess of Caelum and Abogol for Abysia. Did you take Astral/Blood with Abogol, or is "Lord of Smoudlercone" available to all Abysian gods regardless of magics?
EDIT: 2 to "

Re: Best titles for a Pretender
Hringhome was a Jotun Neifelheim Son of Neifel with 3 cold, 10 dominion, 6 water IIRC.
Anuvade was a Caelum Virtue with 3 cold, 3 luck 10 dominion, 10 air.
Abogol was an Abyssian Moloch with 3 heat, 3 death, 3 drain, 10 dominion, 10 fire, 6 blood.
All of those were created for the purposes of finding cool pretender titles, not for actually playing the game.

Re: Best titles for a Pretender
Some of the best titles come on R'lyeh and Ermor pretenders.
although, cranking your scales to -3 eliminates some of the cool + scale titles.
10 dominion + 6+ path/paths = best titles. Scale titles arent that exciting, really, though. So boost the paths, ditch the scales, and reroll till you get one that doesnt have "lady of turmoil" or whatever. =)

Smouldercone/Seraphim is available to Abysia/Caelum regardless of magic: I know this because for a unit-viewing game I made, I just pushed "create god, done". With no magic, minimal dominion, and no scales, I got one title: Lord of the Smouldercone. The same thing has happened for Caelum.

Yeah, but in exchange, you get all the - scale titles, which make you sound like some horrible, nasty person: I got "Norfleet, Lord of Terror, Prince of Darkness, something-or-other-blah-blah-blah", and a bunch of other stuff pertaining to death, disease, mayhem, and other general unpleasantness.
