Yeah Im sure they will release it as soon as they finish Debating the balances. With Dom2 it only took.. 1 year.. 2 years.. wait a minute, wasnt that going on last week? 
Hopefully they will just get it useable and release it. Im not sure if I want any group agreeing on the balances before I get it. If thats even possible.
