I have it from a very reliable source that the sick blood-sucking "pretender" from Mictlan is addicted to wedgies. In fact, the mysterious hole in Mictlan's financial records was the direct result of the "pretender" from Mictlan shamelessly funding his habit by raiding Mictlan's treasury every weekend.
Ulm hereby moves that an independent committee be set up to investigate this closely on behalf of the Mictlan subjects, who are the real victims in this scandal!!
