I haven't attacked you, I let you have the VP between us, I even deliberately left you an open path for expansion on-land so you wouldn't feel boxed in. I really can't understand where this hostility you feel stems from, but I must say I'm starting to feel a bit threatened, which can't be good for either of us.
The same applies to you, Caduceus: I see no reason why we couldn't be friends. I gave you the VP between us as a peace offering and have made no hostile moves. You stay on your side of the border, I'll stay on mine.
