C'tis has been slow on a lot of turns it doesnt surprise me that he is staling some. There is almost always someone who does when you get this many players together. For me tho, that is the mark of death

I go after those players with a vengeance cause I know

1) the war will be relatively easy (with them staling)

and

2) the game will speed up
