Small groups of Niefels and wolves will attack enemy provinces, too.

I've only cast it once, but yes -- it did cause such attacks for my Niefelheim game.

Okay, either this is new for Dom3, or I didn't test the spell enough in DomII.
EDIT: Okay, and I haven't cast Illwinter in Dom3 yet. |
