Re: Getting Heroes to appear
Quite a lot of nations only have one or even no heroes.
I made a list of heroes in the worthy heroes thread, so maybe you canīt even get a hero if you play oceania for example.
Even if you have a nation with lots of heroes the chance for a hero to appear is really random. I made quite a lot of 400+ turns testgames and even with luck3 it can take 100+ turns until a hero shows up.
In addition it seems as if the chance to get a hero is less than 6% with luck 3 or there are some other modifiers, since no nation got more than the expected one hero per 16 turns and most got significantly less.
