From the manual: Corpse Man bonus +10 (10 more Corpse Men for every time you cast Corpse Man Construction, A1D1 Constr 1) and increased att, def during storm, similar to Air Queens' ability.

Also, it's supposed to be Igor K�nhelm's Tome, but the '�' (and the description) were lost due to a bug. There have been many similar occurences with characters like Sk�gu (Sauromatian heroine), or G�te the mercenary, and even nations like Midg�rd and Utg�rd.
