				 Time zone troubles?
Is there a hidden setting I'm missing to set the forums to display in local time, or is it GMT for everybody?

Greenwich Mean Time. The time at the prime meridian, 0 deg longitude, planet Earth.Quote:

Not the local time at Greenwich, England -- they use European time, GMT+1.

 [EDIT]
Ohh, Rag's link tells me I'm using an outdated term, oh well, I'll always find it funny Greenwich doesn't use the time of the prime meridian -- I know it's important to match Europe -- still funny 'tho.

Do we? And here's me running around the UK with my watch set to GMT. No wonder I always arrive an hour early for everything...Quote:
