I tihnk GalCiv will be great. Especially the AI.
I haven't heard anything bad about it yet, and unlike with MoO3, the betatesters aren't under any NDA, so if there's anything they don't like, they can say it without breaking any contract.

Btw, GalCiv has gone gold a few days ago.
