Re: (OT) Will we be Nuked?
nuklear bombs are not that difficult to build, especially if a government supports its research. The countries which have no nuke today will have one tomorrow. And then they will remember the big bad US.
Alone in the former sovjet republics there are launch devices with thousands of CBMs and ICBMs split up in several more or less stabile countries. (Ukraine, Kasachstan oder White Russia - anyone?) Each of these 3rd world nations have the capability to blow up the world several times.
Just because the medias hypes the B and C weaponry now dont be so sure that we will not be pulverized by A weapons. They are much more a danger in our world today than bio or chemweapons danger ever have been.

Bull****. All nuclear arsenal of former SU has been moved to Russia many years ago. Neither of other states has a single device or any weapon grade material.

The estate will make a claim, whether it is controlled by surviving relatives or a court.

Re: (OT) Will we be Nuked?
I agree that Bioweapons can be potentialy more deathly and easier to use than nukes, but a nuke will make headlines far more impresives, and that's why I believe a terrorist would prefer nukes over bio, though they certainly will use whatever they can get their hands to.
Nukes are out of the box, and its just a matter of time until 3rd world countries get them.

I had a dream Last night that someone set off a nuke in my town. It was strange.
