Also highly reccommended for players of all skill levels!
If you're new to SE4, this will let you play using verbal commands instead of hunting through menus, allow you to concentrate on one aspect of the game with competent ministers to back you up, and a low pressure roleplaying intro.
If you're experienced, try living in an empire where you don't rule with an iron fist, and instead have to convince the senate to do things, or pull in some personal favours from the other governors and ministers  .

You don't know where that "!" has been, Narf.
