That seems to be an older Version that still links to the old forum at se.org. Don't bother clicking on the Hypercomm Central link on the SE ladder page, cause it goes nowhere.

I read the rules and stuff, but the whole thing doesn't make sense. Is this a new game based in Space Empires or is a totally different game?

I want to join an active community. The SE Ladder just isn't that. Maybe when it's upgraded I'll look into it.

To see the forum, you should check the link that Thermo wrote, because the link into the Ladder webpage looks that was not updated.
