Scrapping or upgrading of WPF's

Yep, they can't be scrapped. Only jettisoned.The difference is that you don't get any resources back.

I must say that I've been quite impressed by your update speed lately, good work!

Is it possible to jettison large numbers at once, with 50+ planets especially if you use ministers at all, which seem to like creating wps just because, going planet by planet is downright tedious, if not now, possibly a jettison button similar to the scrap facilities that exists?
