If I am not mistaken to use the RTC you have to use the modlauncher, let the launcher open the game, then close it. Then use the RTC to do your turns. This is to change the path.txt to the mod so that the data files will match. This is what I've seen anyways. And it is how I have to do it with my modded games on PBW.
