Are you allowing Intel? How about putting more than 100 mines in a sector? Boot-out policy? Any Banned techs?

I'm all for the no tech-trading. But how will you enforce the 'no fake captures'? This is going to be very tricky!

What did o'l Edly get up to in your game then?

What ever 1.49 stock is for units per sector... I believe it is 100

Boot policy ... Miss many turns and your gone and Banned from future games... ( if you do not give reason ).

No Fake Captures... Well the players can enforce that one... As if they see something fishy then they will ask the players... If the answer is not good enough then I get to join in. But I do not think that will happen due to the players who are playing this game. They are realiable and trustworthy players.

Ed has a habit of just droping out of games without any prior reason... WHich leaves everyone in a bind... So I just will not allow that to happen.

As the goal is for everyone to enjoy pbw. And stuff can ruin it for everyone. SO I have a Banned list. ANd I have a thread here and at pbw where I posted what I expected out of every player. If that is not met. THen they join the Banned list. So those who are left playing games are the ones who play the game and enjoy it.

And Why 1.49 Stock.... There are not many Pre Gold games anymore... So I thought I would run one for the 1.49 crowd...

Hate to be annoying, but, er, what's a fake capture? is it two players agreeing to "trade" a ship by declaring war and presenting a vulnerable ship for easy capture? Or is it that there is no setting to prevent ship trades, so people trade them in sectors with boarding ships to make it look like a real capture?

Well I cannot stop that. But it would not be in the spirit of the game. The 'Easy Capture' ( thanks Like that and will use that ) , It will be up to the players to not do that. If it does happen and it is proven then the players are Banned and on the ban list. But the chances of that happening are quite slim. As people will be joining this game to get away from that.... cause they can trade in other games... I have faith in the players.
