I believe he wanted you to make the zip file extract to the Highliner Mod folder by default. It should not be overwriting the SE4 files by default. This is common courtesy, and is how most mods are released.

Actually, these are those mods that you want to install in the default SE4 folders, not in any mod folders. The whole point of these is to be a standard used by many mods. Installing them in particular mod folders is a waste of HD space and requires needless duplication. They do not replace any default images, just add new ones.
