What happened with that unattended empire? Was that Atro?

The only unattended empire I see at the moment is jfpOne23's New Venice. We should be allowed to log into, and surrender, that empire to a USA player that is still playing. Having the AI as a teammate is as good as them having a spy in our midst. Very unpredictable and no cooperation.

Yep no problem with that. We CAN play 4 against 6 (thouugh it will be not so interesting as playing 6 vs 6).

Edit: but please not the same empire that Atrocities surrendered to
