After totalling the Votes via email and the Forum.

Intell is ON.
Events are OFF.
3000 Racial Points.
FQM Spiral Galaxy. To be made by external party or me. Teams mates will start in same system.
No Religous Races!!!

Any thoughts on these settings?
Quadrant size? (My Vote - Medium)
Tech Cost? (My Vote - Medium)
Starting Resources? (My Vote - 100,000)
Races must have same Atmosphere and Colony type? (My Vote - No)
Colonise own Colony type only? (My Vote - ?)

Does anyone want to make this Rating game for those players who are a member of the PBW Rating System?
