you can use what ever shipset you want. ( there are so many nice sets out there.)

I will be using a ship set as well. Since I cannot make one.

All players in the game need to be using the same mod (or all unmodded) and in this case the host has selected Ladder Mod for the game - and it does have some pretty neat features, some of which I am adapting for my own custom mod for games that I play with my son on our LAN, the two of us allied against a bunch of AI empires (could not just use Ladder Mod for that b/c it has lots of stuff not understood by the AI).

Most of those features are just lifted from the Pirates and Nomads mod or the Adamant Mod.

The Hyach are most certainly a B5 canon race, you know.

But, they were rarely seen in the show, so nearly nothing is known about them. It would be difficult to RP them in a canonical way.

The current game - "SE: Galaxies - Adlan" at PBW is the first galaxy that's been setup. Once we've smoothed things out, additional games (galaxies) will be setup ever so often as demand dictates.

I want to get at least 15 players in the first game, so I'll be delaying the start for one week. So, if you're procrastinating on joining - stop and join up! In the event that we end up with less than 15 - then I'm starting the game anyways!

Note that the game map will feature an east-west and north-south wrap - so there are no corners!!!

I'll be closing the game to new players on Wed Oct 7 and hopefully the first turn and website should be available by the weekend if everyone uploads their empires!

If you haven't joined, please do so now. It's only 1 turn per week, so it's quite managable for even you "busy" guys.
