Another SE4 Comp Modder Update

Minor bug: it doesn't seem to load all the abilities for a component after you've loaded and saved a components file into the application.

I was modifying some things in a components file. When I saved and reloaded it later it would only show the first ability for a component entry. Scanning down the actual text file it doesn't look like the formatting has been messed up so I have no idea why it's doing this.

Correction. It doubled the ability descriptions. Ie, there are now two of each of the Ability 1 Desc, etc. in each component. :/
