BCT and ATF Commander Help

I am a novice to BCT and ATF Commander. Does anyone have any tips on the first scenario in BCT? The first game is a British 1st Para operation in Afghanistan. I don't know how to get the c130's to make the drop, and i dont understand all the equipment and nomencaltures. any ideas on where to start my education and tutorial?
