Mothball Mutiny Surprise: is this a bug?

Yes you can capture a mothballed ship with boarding parties, and the ship will remain mothballed then. *Hint hint* Awakening.

I did hold off your Intel attacks for a good length of time, though. That was all the counter-int I'd saved up since I started that game, on top of everything Geo had in there from before I took over.
