Colonizing, what is that? I didn't know we were going to play that way...  But seriously, I am closing in on 80 colonies at this point. I guess waiting for space yards to complete has kept my production down early.
I believe I have System Mineral Scanners built already but I don't know about individual scanners on the home planets yet. Will check next turn.
