I think it's too much work to assign each player manually. Just create the game and we'll join to it. We can also ask Tesco if he could make a map to us. Or if Primitive is too busy we can ask him to create the game too.

FQM or standard ? 10 or 12 players ? The whole team close or spread throughout the map ?

FQM map is ok. It looks like the game will be for 10 players. Player placement should be East vs West (or North - South). Medium size map. As you are going to be the GM - you may decide on tiny details yourself The game is standard settings, 3k racial points, talisman and ancient Banned, 72 hour max. turns.
