Expanding the galaxy size

In Settings.txt, simply change:

Maximum Number Of Systems                                             := 100

to

Maximum Number Of Systems                                             := 255

Make sure you add (or use a file created by someone else) that has at least 255 names in "systemnames.txt" because the default file does not have enough names for 255 systems. If you don't do this, you will have lots of systems with blank names.

Thats a good point Slick! and one that caught me when I started modding.

Is your comment in the "Frequently Asked Questions for Newbies" area? I didn't see it. I only saw discussions on increasing the galaxy size with the setting.txt file.
