Mines???
I dont get this...
vannila game, I had 3 ships in a fleet, 2 ships had 10 sweeper Vs on them each - so the fleat was cappaabel of sweeping exacialy 100 mines.
I have only 1 empire I am at war with, all the others are TA and above, and the fleat got damaged by mines?
whats up with this???
unless ships are unable to sweep if cloaked or stealthed?

Y'know who else hated mines?
The fleet I sent in with minesweepers... which were actually equipped with empty mineLAYER components, because I wasn't paying enough attention whilst designing them.
