The popup is possibly blocked by spam control. You should get an icon in the lower right of the Firefox window indicating the blocking of a popup, clicking it and you can enable popups for the current site only. Very nice feature.
The download control might be a non-standard HTML, used only by IE. Bad web design to use it; nothing that can be done about it. |
