You need to bypass the mongol starbase mission? Ok..

Load the save game with the problem, then type

`TRIGGEREVENT Event General Haynes 8 Start C`

EXACTLY like that, including the ` on each end.
Its a bit of a mouthful, but what this does in enable the next mission manually. You then need to go to the terran contact.

EDIT: note that you MUST go to the pledies starbase for this to work, or you won't get to go to the next campaign.

That has the same effect as completing the job.

If the tilde (~) doesn't get you into cheat mode, try another key. I have also heard that ', �, or ` work for some people. For my german keyboard � does the trick

Thats because Colonels are lazier then Lieutenant Generals
