I tried the --fps 100 switch myself with no effect. I also tried using the omegadrivers for ati just to see if they really were optomized, but they just lowered my fps and upon reinstall of my old drivers i still get 15 fps on normal. Even running it on low i only get 25 so I find myself using the 'w' key to get battles to run at a good speed.
I have a 1.2ghz amd, 512mb ram, directx9, fresh new ati drivers, radeon 9600 pro w/ 128ram, running windows xp, etc. I also tried turning off the Anti-aliasing and anti-insotropic filtering for opengl in the control panel and it made things ugly but had no positive effect on fps.
Anyone besides me and PVK having strange framerate issues?
The NVIDIA drivers are probably hard to remove because NVIDIA is stupid.
