How much do devils reduce your dominion?

I sacrificed two slaves to Illwinter but the game still cost me full price. What did I do wrong?

Yeah, there was one of those funny people in the strategy games forum who, I think, decided not to buy the game because it might have blood sacrifices. Whereas if it was just people chopping each other's limbs off with bloody axes (rather than ceremonial daggers) it would have been fine

Careful your blanket statements don't snag the devs (particularly Kristoffer, I imagine). Dominions was spawned into reality using them as a conduit... and if you locked them in a cell, shone a light in their eyes, and asked tough questions in quick succession, like this... Doesnt the description say they have to be virgins? You telling me that you found 2 virgins willing to be sacrificed and you gave them to Illwinter?

They have to be willing... dang! That's a tall order.

I'll have to go back to less evil pursuits... like summoning creatures through my void gate.

I suspect your problem was only using 2 virgin sacrifices. As you may note, Illwinter requires 120 sacrifices. Try doing the full 120 virgin sacrifice and then tell us if it works. You might need help sacrificing 120 people though...just remember, blood sacrifice can be fun for the whole family!

Problem with the U.S. is you probably don't have 120 Virgins in the entire place. At least virgin girls. ;P
