Robe of the Magi. I thought it'd be slick until I forged it dropped it on my pretender, and found the downside: it makes you horror marked!
I like Nethgul, the Pocket Knight, and Krupp's Bracers a lot. That Al Akhazim djinni you get from the lamp artifact is pretty darn cool, too:
