It's a magic item. Clam of Pearls, Consruction 2, requires water 2 to create and 10 water gems. It creates 1 astral pearl/turn thereafter.
Some people with a mathematical mind realized that this could create exponetial growth, applied that theory to the game, and found that indeed they got it with destabilizing effects. So they are out! |
