It's a bit of a longshot, but you might be able to find it in Games 23 brick and mortar shops, as Games 23 has an agreement about selling Linux Games with the company Tuxgames, and Tuxgames also sells Dominions II. I don't know if Dominions II is among the games sold by Games 23.
