updates to mod.

VechileList.txt Base is complete 187 different ships/units to play with depending on race setups... Mind you when the file is completed... there will be 187 x total races of ships in the file...tweeked to each race...

Just wanted to let you know that was completed.

Next is the facility file Base..

1. Volar
2. Hydran
3. Zone
4. Core
