Fluidic Imperium refrained from casting their vote, because the concepts of "dung" and "vommit" are unknown for our science. Instead, we have put Dominions to our "To Banish" list. Right after The Abominable Borg Gang.
We are considering the possibility to include Klingon Empire in this list too.

The Dominion Order would like the Klingon Empire to know that their foolish and ill-considered public display of their idiocy shall be repaid in full, with the blood of Klingon cretins.
Our goal thus far has been expansion, but now we dedicate ourselves to the destruction and enslavement of the Klingon people. No effort shall be spared to ruin the "might" of the Klingons. Your puny efforts will cause the galaxy to laugh for millenia to come.
