Re: Where Do You Live
We have no attractions.. only old ruins, oldest is Alvastra from 1143, but it's not nearly as spectacular as the big apple.

Ah, but I remember..
We got the Airforce museum aswell, some castles, Ekenäs and Bjärka Säby
Göta channel runs through here.
Its not far to the old village/town Vadstena that's very nice, our favorite summer picnic place.
In the summer one can swim in the Varamon beach, a bit crowded and too shallow for my taste though, so we usually stick to the smaller lakes.

But what we realy miss is something like the Big apple, I mean like "worlds biggest dishwasher machine", "worlds biggest ice cream cone", etc, you get the meaning. |

 Re: Where Do You Live
I live near Fort Fraser, British Columbia, Canada. About 800 or so kilometres North of most Canadian major cities, and the US border. Gets cold here Sorry, no aerial view.

 Re: Where Do You Live
well heres the closest shot of where I livehttp://www.rosebay.tased.edu.au/camera.htm
This is actually from the school I used to go to. I live less than a kilometer to the right. I would've preferred a picture off the mountain but couldn't find one. That's Mount Wellington. Mount Nelson is off to the left. pretty obvious when the mountains were named, and if we had been colonised by Prussia it would probably be Mount Blucher.

Edit: in fact follow the trafic cam links and you can get a good view of parts of the city. |
