I am hosting around 7pm EST regardless of what the server says or unless Callistas takes his turn.

Callistas is showing lack of responsibility and I will not
allow him to participate in further games in the future nor
will I join a server game which he has joined. Not only does
he refuse to participate in the server thread, he also does
not state the reasons he is missing turns.

NOTE: Callistas will still be allowed for the remainder of this game
