yep only one empire makes it... so the weaker ones of the alliance should perhaps think about their game plan... as finishing 2nd in the first round is as good as finishing 10th
Hence why the game is set up the way it is.

Just checking, but are the finalists included in the random draw? I'd hate to be denied a chance to start beta testing right away just because I might make it into the top two and get a beta slot later.
