I found this site of old. It is for Space Empire III but these name files still work for IV.

Hope everyone likes them. I thought Tolkien was timely since the Tolkien's Lord of the Rings is coming out in the Thanksgiving movie season. Not that far away! (it looks pretty cool on the trailer!!)
