'Heros' confirmed (as long as the artwork gets done)
Distance sensitive sight rules confirmed
Planetary gravity, temp, and radiation levels confirmed
Choosing tech levels at startup like SE III confirmed
Restrictions on racial traits finally to be implemented
Space monsters still intended but not yet coded
Good stuff.
