Destroyed on use doesn't work for weapons. Might/might not work for fighterbays. You wouldn't be able to re-dock, you'd have to repair it, generating ANOTHER fighter.

Why don't you make a large fighter bay component that can only launch one fighter per combat, and make a large fighter that would act as a piece of the ship breaking off?
well then any ideas on infestation it would help my spacemonsters alot i wish there was a way to make a ship fire an embryo that woulld stay in a ship for 2 turns(a chance to remove it)and if not removed BOOM by by ship hello little broodling!!!!!!
