Use the pbw service or ask for someone to send you the files so you can run your own server. TCI/IP is rather hard to get to work right. So the best thing is to do as I listed above.

When PBW goes down there is a program for running your own PBW server. Perhaps Fyron or Geoschmo might have more info on it.
