ISTR that the PBW server had this same problem early in its development, until somebody found some "pop-up" killing freeware that automatically clears those Messages. Search the PBW forums if nobody pipes up here first with more details.

OK, I found the details myself. Georgig wrote a custom program for PBW to deal with this, because none of the freeware they tried was adequate. That's less helpful to you than I thought it could be.
